VTG 80's Velvet Bubble Hem Dress

Vintage 80's black velvet dress, straight neckline, straps, back zipper, costume crystal detail at long lace bow on drop hem, midi length, black Polka dot lace bubble hem. Super cute! There's no size or tags, but fits like an XS, I believe this to be a juniors dress. Would be great for a school dance 🖤 good condition. Measurements- Pit- 15" Waist- 13.5" Hip- 18" Length- 39"
