VTG 80s Short Shorts Red Romper, C'est Joli, Medium

Vintage 1980s era red romper with super short shorts, by C'est Joli. Size Medium on tag. Please see all measurements for personal fit! 100% cotton. The left strap is missing one D ring connector, as the right strap has 2, but it's still functional. Elastic in waistband is not super stretchy anymore, but you could always throw a belt over it. Otherwise good vintage condition and ready for festival season! Measurements: Pit to pit: 18" Waist, flat across: 15.5" Inseam: 2 1/4" Length, Waist to bottom hem: 8 1/2" on sides, 12" in the middle Length, top of shoulder strap to bottom hem in crotch: 29.5"
