VTG 80s Hearts Bubblegum Pink Dress Size 0 / 2

BRIGHT bubblegum pink dress with big shoulder pads and covered buttons. This would be so cute for a retro Valentine's Dinner. My suggestion would be to take it to a professional to have the wrinkles removed before wearing. I didn't figure there was much point in doing in pre-purchase since it may wrinkle in shipping.
