I love this dress! I bought it at an estate sale of a lady who like to decorate and have themed parties for just about every holiday. Her closet had a lot of fun pieces and this was one of them.
The sleeves and chest are sheer illusion showing the skin underneath. Has a low back with a zipper at the waist. Layers and layers of ruffles!! This would be fun to wear to an event or as a costume as Nancy Regan.
The tag does not list a size but I estimate it is an 8. The bust measures 19.5” flat.

@tfulham hi there! Thanks for your question. No, there is not much stretch. The under layer is made of light weight taffeta and that gives a little, but not stretch. Also, with the back zipper, it is easier to squeeze into than a dress with a side zip.
