Vintage 1980s Blue Western Belt with Faux Silver Accents. Size Medium but shown on an XS, 2nd to smallest hole. Brand is Elite in Fresno California, fits like a modern XS-S. No major imperfections. Very Fine Condition 🙂 measures 23.5-27.5, recomeneded for a 23"-26" waist max.
