VTG 80s Black & White Polka Dot Dress David Mitchell Size 9/10

Lucy called, she wants her dress back! 😍😍😍 I love this dress. Part of me wants to keep it, because it screams Lucille Ball, but I know I’d never have an opportunity to wear it. This vintage 80s dress is so well made! Black & white polka dot cotton fabric, buttons on the bodice, and a full skirt. The short sleeves have bows on the side (pictured) and there are shoulder pads. Dress has a cinched waist and belt loops (but no belt), to add a perfect red belt! Zips on the side. There’s a safety pin securing each bow to the sleeve. Cannot be seen when worn.
