VTG 70s Sailor style Striped dress

Perfectly fits my modern size 4 mannequin. Material has a minor amount of stretch to it, likely a knit polyester. Measurements (flat) 35 in length 14 in waist 18.25 in Shoulder-shoulder 18 in pit-to-pit Good vintage condition: Pin sized discoloration scattered on bodice (see photos) not noticeable in wear. All buttons fully intact and functional.
