VTG 70s Light Blue Gauze Tiered Prairie Dress Crochet Trim Festival Cottagecore

Sweet but a bit damaged handmade vintage 1970’s tiered peasant style dress. Baby blue sheer gauze with satin ribbon and beige crochet trim. Waist is shirred elastic but needs repair or a wide belt to cover. Elastic at neckline also needs replacing but can be worn on or off shoulders. The bow ribbon trim at bust is damaged and needs repair of camouflage with a pin. Skirt has two tiers. There are some pulls in fabric on skirt see photos. Could be a beauty with a bit of creativity.
