This skirt is Union Made in the USA! Amazingly cared for vintage condition. Size 11/12. Rare International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union (ILGWU) item from the 1960s. 28" length approx. 14" flat waist, 28" total. Button and zipper closure on side.
