Gorgeous 1960s era vintage white ruffle tiered sleeveless maxi dress with wide, oversized lace collar, empire waist and maxi length. Blue belt attached with bow detail. Fully lined and long zipper down back. While this item is in great condition for its age, this garment is in vintage, as-is condition. There is some fraying at the hem and a small spot.
