VTG 60s 70s Floral Black Pleated Dress 5/6

VTG 60s 70s Oops California beautiful black and floral pleated dress. It says its for a 5/6 but its definitely smaller than that. See measurements for perfect fit as all sales are final. It has puff sleeves and is cinched at the wrists. It zips up the back. It is missing the belt but if you have a belt it has loops for that. The bottom is pleated and is a good circle skirt.
