VTG 60S/70S BLACK VELVET MAXI DRESS

Vintage 1960s/70 long sleeve maxi dress. While their is no brand, this was sourced from an estate of a woman who often had her clothes custom made. Has gold threading and large sequin detains along the waist and neckline. A perfect piece for the holidays! -brand: no tag found -size: again no tag, but I think best for a medium-large -flat measurements: pit-to-pit 21.5" // waist 19.5"// hips 23"// length 49.5" -condition (see pictures): some wear to the sequins; looks like there was a tear to the back bottom hem that someone hastily repaired
