VTG 50s 60s Chiffon Dress Watercolor Floral XS/S Metal Zipper Peblum ILGWU Label Golden Floral illusion over taffeta lining Draped peplum, bow, cummerbund and inset neckline Back metal zipper, Deep "V" neckline in the back Cap sleeves, Back vent, Fully lined Vintage size 14, No brand label, but has the ILGWU & size label ISSUE: There is a small tear under the right cap sleeve (see picture), I'm not sure it would even show while being worn. Bust: 34" + darts Waist: 30 1/2", Hip: 38", Length 43"
