VTG 21K SOLID Gold Filigree Leaf charm with solid 14K Made in Italy Chain 20"

What a beautiful estate find. So beautiful, was tempted to store and pass down but alas, I have tons of other items and must share. ***Tag is for the chain of course. The gold leaf was of my mother's estate.*** Leaf charm pendant is a true vintage find, wording stated that it had been purchased circa 1986 (I was 6... yikes!) It is solid 21K and even in a brief google lens search the it is a sort of rare find, as most of I came across were of the 10K or 14K variety- not that those are bad, gold is gold but 21 wins- at vegas anyway. There are other gold leafs (leaves?) out there but not all are the same. The chain is slightly newer but also vintage, made in Italy. It has a solid weight and is solid 14K, see not so bad. I believe this would be considered a box chain. Please don't quote me, facts are in the photos. Beautiful unworn / unused chain. The tag was on it but I unraveled it for the photo- as I hate when they get in the way and it was a tie on. It is shown on the plastic packaging. (I always use "anti-tarnish" tabs on everything!)
