VTG 1970’s Impressionist Oil Painting

Vintage 1976 original Impressionist oil on canvas painting of a summer lake with children, ducks, trees in excellent condition. Artist signature (Elliott) and date in the lower right corner. I believe this is a lake in Connecticut, but I’m not certain. I purchased it quite some time ago at an antiques store in southern Arizona. Frame is wood with metal trim (very 70’s). I don’t have any information about the artist, but this is a very well done painting. The light is the most captivating. I have loved it, but I am downsizing and it’s time for someone else to enjoy it. Approximate Measurements- L- 37” H-24.5” D- 1.5” * I have a pet and smoke-free home.
