VTG 1960s Sarah Coventry Turquoise & Faux Pearl Brooch

This is a beautiful Sarah Coventry brooch-pendant-pearl enhancer from my family's estate. This piece is from the 1960s and features an egg-shaped turquoise center stone, streaked with gold and white flecks. There are 8 matching faceted stones, as well as 4 faux pearls.
