This 1960s Vintage dress features a 2-in-1 concept: It is a Sheath dress with a lace overlay.   The lace is easy to slip on and off and could be worn over jeans and a top like a vest. The under-dress is wearable without the lace for a mod/go-go look. - Approximate measurements taken while laying flat: Length: 40" Armpit to armpit: 17" Waist 16" Hips: 19" I'd estimate this to be a modern US small or 4/6. - Belt and necklace are meant to show styling possibilities.  They are not for sale. - This dress is unbranded. - Hook and eye closures attach sleeves and lace to dress.   There is also a functioning zipper. - Great condition with no flaws that I can find, only slight pilling in places. - Under-dress has a slight sheen.
