It has 5 rings near the exterior's top and is hand painted with a glossy finish. The platter is made of yellow ware clay and is oven safe, though not recommended at its age, and hand wash only is recommended. The bottom is impressed with the mark "WATT 06 USA OVENWARE" and it weighs 1 lb 2.9 oz oz. The bowl measures 6.25 inches in diameter and 3.1 inches in height. This decorative cookware features one compartment and is unboxed. It is a great addition to any American-themed collection. Although it has a bit of crazing present, it is an original piece with no manufacturer warranty.
