For your consideration is this vintage soda bottle, a piece of history from the Try-Me Bottling Company for the Birmingham, Alabama market. The bottle has a clear color and applied color label (ACL) design. It measures 9.55 inches in height and has a diameter of 2.4 inches. The bottle is a 12 oz. soda bottle with a "king size" size and weighs 1 lb 0.4 oz. It was made by the Knox Glass Bottle Company in Jackson, Mississippi and has a bottle mark of "215-B-12 (J in Keystone) B55 I". This item is a great addition to any collection of modern (1900-now) bottles and is a unique piece of Americana, manufactured in the United States.Condition: Found on family propery in Pell City, Alabama. Abrasions and red clay stains present despite washing in ultrasonic cleaner. Loss of the applied color labeling.
