VTG 1940's Taylor Candy Thermometer w/Box

Vintage 1940's Taylor Candy Guide, clip-on candy thermometer in original box. Red wood handle, stamped Taylor Candy-Guide, stamped "Nickel Silver" at the bottom. Later models are stainless steel. Approx. 11/5" long. Thermometer is in very good vintage condition. Box has expected vintage wear. Colors are still bright and graphic is strong. Fun vintage piece for the kitchen, photo prop, cottagecore or retro decor.
