A few minor stitches needed - topper is a smidge loose, some seams coming apart. Priced to reflect this but it's also vintage so trying to not just let it go for nothing. It's so beautiful. Feels like felt, maybe wool... Strong chance it's European vintage as my grandmother/great-grandmother's collection was rich with these (vintage) hats. Open to offers - please send them. Nothing is right or wrong! 19.5" interior headband space but this style is forgiving as you can just prop it some 🙂
