Genuine, 14k Yellow Gold Heart-Shaped Multi-Gemstone ring with round .3 carat diamond center Gemstones, Heart shaped cut: Topaz, Garnet, Citrine, Peridot & Amethyst. Stamped: "585 14k" on inner band. Maker's Mark "Spiegel" Size: 6.5-7 (sizeable) Impeccable Vintage Condition. All stone settings are secure, band does show very minor scuffs here or there but only visible under triplet.
