aashkadave I bought this mirror. The mirror was cracked in some areas. Not as happy. Honestly, I would like some of my money back. It feels like cheap quality and not as you described.

alexasmith2609 @aashkadave ok I am so sorry to hear that. It was in great condition when packaged so it must have been mishandled when shipped. If you open up a case to Poshmark they will give you your money back :)

alexasmith2609 @aashkadave unfortunately on Poshmark it is not really setup to do replacements, exchanges, etc. So I would really recommend opening a case and getting your money back, that way once you get your money back you could purchase another one if that’s what you want to do.

boomerssssz So you can't guarantee that your mirror will be received to us in good quality? How do we know you have sent a broken mirror to us? I am interested in purchasing this item or something similar but I need to make sure that you guarantee us replacements or money back no matter your fault or Poshmark.

alexasmith2609 @boomerssssz yes definitely I have no clue what happened this time but I have had over 20+ 5 star reviews on these mirrors and nobody has had a problem with them thus far. I make sure that each mirror sent out is in new condition with no cracks but I can not control what happens when they are shipped. If you receive a mirror that has been cracked you can absolutely return it for all of your money back :)

aashkadave I loved the mirror. Originally, I had a problem with it, but she shipped me a new one. This girl is so kind, she even left me a little note and stickers. I loved it! Thanks girl.
