VS scrunched back ruffle edge bikini bottoms

Black scrunched back ruffle edge bikini bottoms. Size tag was removed. I’m pretty sure they are a M, but fit like a small, which is why they are listed as such. Scrunching on back has very small area of pulled stitching; shown in photo.
