VS PINK neon pink cropped beach hoodie

Bright neon pink cropped hoodie. The material on the inside feels like a beach towel so it would be perfect as a bikini cover with some shorts. I think this color is a good look on my skin tone, but it would look so great on someone else! There is a slight stain on the top (photo included) but you can’t really see it unless you’re looking for it.
