NWT, gorgeous, vintage style sea foam & white lycra lace & mesh garter "skirt" w/built in T-back panty. There's beautiful delicate details IN the detailing. lol The lace at the waist has tiny gems in it, & there are 2 tiny crystals that dangle from the little ribbon on the back.
