naynaynellie @lakoniar to be on the safe side, I would say Juniors because my daughter tried on the small and the medium and she wears a size 6 in jeans. Both sizes fit her, however she was more comfortable in the medium. It’s really a beautiful romper, however it was made in China so I would lean toward the smaller side. I hope that helps!

naynaynellie @sestra1978 measured laying flat - small=pit to pit 16” waist = 13”, medium =pit to pit 18” waist 14”, large = pit to pit 19” and waist 15”. The waist has a little stretch because of elastic but not a lot. This was measurement was without stretching it any. Hope that helps!
