V-Neck Scallop-Edge Dress

Never worn, I’ve only tried it on when I first received it. It’s pretty soft. The sleeve and bottom also have scallop edges. The band on the dress is high waisted, slight flare. It’s a mini dress but I’m 5’3 and it stopped right at my knees
