V-Neck 1/2 Sleeve Low V-Back Tunic. Has braided band around neck line, goes over the shoulders and down the V in the back. There is a tie at the back, top of the shoulders. Wide banded bottom. Fitted at waist. Material is soft. No tag other than the material type as shown. I think it came from Target so is probably one of the Target brands. Color is solid army green.
