VNTG Boyds Bears - 1999 Boyds Celebration Edition

This 1999 Celebration Edition Boyds Bear is a Victoria Regina Buzzbruin and her little friend. It says “So many flowers, so little time” on the bottom. They were created in 1999 for the Boyds Bears & Friends Collection. They are in excellent condition in their original box.
