VIntage Millefiori Italy Brooch pin

VIntage/Antique Millefiori Italy Brooch pin Marked on the back ITALy and RM The back is silver plated and shows wear. I believe that the brooch is quite old ( based on the amount of wear on the back see pic # 2) I have no idea of the value of it. Measures approx 1" x 0.75" Best offers are considered
