70's Back!!Vintage Green Velvet Dress..buttons in front of dress..with ruffle neckline and down the front with buttons.. My mother made this dress for about 1970-71..I think I was a sophomore in high school..My grand daughter is modeling the dress and the dress is too large..I am guessing the dress to be a size 4..

spiderwebcloset @aimeesmith03 From armpit to armpit is 17 1/2 inch for bust. From armpit to hem is 26 inches long. This dress is a shift so does not have a true waist line, so just guessing at the approximate waist is 15 1/2 inches.
