I am trying this in a 42 and can let you know how it fits me (4/6). When I was an 8 I was able to fit into 42s.

@maddieryan402 just got the size 42. I am a US 4/6 and it fits perfectly. Depending on your body shape a 46 may work in addition to the 44 for you <3
