michelle1135 @statomdesigns hi there They don’t bunch and are high waisted Not stretched laying flat 13” they stretch and are meant to fit close Top to crotch 10” Length 17 1/2 Done with soft tape could be off .5 to 1 I see you purchased let me know if you think they’ll work and I’ll get shipped tomorrow.
