VINTAGE womens Loungees red housecoat with ruffles

Housecoat is in excellent vintage condition. The only flaw I found was a tiny black dot on the bottom hem (see photo). Size says 16. Cost measures approximately 52” long and 23” from pit to pit. I’m unsure if the composition of the fabric, possibly acrylic. It’s very soft. Has snap closure. Has pockets!
