1970s 1980s black 100% silk long sleeve dress with the most beautiful and whimsical novelty print I have ever seen. Features a stunning scene of swans, mermaids, and princesses. The neckline is adjustable by ribbon and can be worn off the shoulders. Elastic waist band with ribbon detailing. Made in Italy. Tag says Hattie- a small chain of department stores in the 1970s and 1980s. This dress is OOAK as far as I can tell. In good vintage condition- some discoloration to ribbons and several small holes in one armpit. Presents and wears beautifully. Price is firm. Will best fit a modern M.
