VINTAGE royal blue Mod 1960s mini dress

Super cute Mod dress from Mom's closet. Flattering cut and seaming in a poly-blend. The metal cross-x belt sits at an empire waist and there are string belt loops to keep it there. The dress has a hidden back zipper and is unlined. Straight up Mad Men/Mary Tyler Moore! Please note the bit of staining in photo 5. This is barely noticeable, but full disclosure. There is also some loss to the gold metal finish (silver peeking through in photo 6) on the belt, however, this is also minimally visible when worn (flashy metal!) The last picture shows a ridiculous tag that says "size 9." No way. I'd put this at a 4. Measurements: Waist 16", Length (down back) 35". There is no other tag to indicate designer.
