VINTAGE handmade top

60s/70s vintage textile handmade top. I don’t know exactly what fabric this is, but it feels synthetic and is fairly thick. It has elastic cuffs and a tie at the neckline which also looks good undone. This fabric is so bright and so fun, and I love that someone 40-50+ years ago made this by hand and it is still in perfect condition! I’m calling it a S/M.
