Top of dress is soft Viscose with Spandex so it has that stretch to it. Measurements flat: Arm to armpit and bottom of bust is 13 inches and can stretch to 15.5 inches Torso length is 12 inches Sleeve opening is 9 inches Hips are 20 inches Total length top of shoulder to bottom is 33 inches at the shortest part of the hem and 40.5 inches at the longest part Dry clean suggested.
