This top is absolutely gorgeous. It's all beautiful embroidered velvet with a super fine net type material. It has a silk liner made to the inside of it. It has a ruffle on the bottom of the sleeves and around the neck. The colors are beautiful. I love velvet. I'm glad it's back because this beautiful vintage top is still in style.
