kimthoeny Waist is 31? Is that all the way around? Generally 16” is a size 10. Can you double check please?

karynnapoli @kimthoeny yes, all the way around. So I guess a better way to measure would be to say 15 1/2” across the waist. This skirt is vintage and so the size tag doesn’t match what we’d use today.
