VINTAGE Velvet + Wool High Waisted Pencil Skirt

This is the prettiest vintage pencil skirt. It sits high waisted. Fully lined. Made in Cyprus/Italy by Georgiou Studios. There are four indents on the velvet waistband from hangers. Waist (this would sit at your natural waist): 13” flat Length: 21” Fairly true to size. It fit me at size 6 but waist was slightly tight because there is no stretch, so make sure you measure.
