VINTAGE Smocked Baby Dress by Rosey Kids- size 3-6 months from 1990’s

Hand smocked baby dress with an adorable micro blue polka dot fabric. Deep hem gives this little dress a very 60’s/70’s era feel. Delicate fabric frill collar. The puff sleeves have lost their elastic but it can be easily fixed, or worn as is. Still looks perfectly cute as a button and provides more comfort for your little cherubs chubby arms. Other than the elastic there are no defects and the dress looks like new. I can’t see any size on the dress but can provide measurements if requested. From what I can tell it appears to be sized around a 3-6 months. Keep in mind it’s a tad shorter than a traditional baby dress of this size due to the deep hem. It would look charming with or without a diaper cover.
