VINTAGE STRIPED DRESS 1950's 50's taffeta M

Acetate taffeta 1950's dress. Black top with puff sleeves, red faille midsection, and black/white striped skirt portion. The sleeve edges are elasticized. Side unpainted metal Lamar zip closure. The last picture shows a small tear on the seam of the left underarm, just above the zipper. It's in a location that a fix won't be noticeable. Also, to be super-picky, I think there used to be a brooch pinned to the waist accent, there are tiny holes where it used to be (picture 15), doesn't detract. Tagged as a vintage 13, fits like a modern M, please compare the measurements below with a non-stretch dress you have at home that fits well.
