VINTAGE SKIRT SET 1980's does 1940's S

Baby blue grosgrain skirt set... 1940's style, but made in the 1980's. The color is more accurate in the modeled pictures. The black buttons on the tunic-length top are just decorative, this closes with a back zipper. The classic pencil skirt also closes with a back zipper, and a hook/bar on the waist. Aside from being a little wrinkly from storage, this is in great condition, ready-to-wear. Fits size S, please compare the measurements below with pieces you have at home that fit well. No stretch.
