VINTAGE SILK NAUTICAL SKIRT

CUTEST 100 percent silk skirt. lined. ruffle on bottom..Nautical design ..you need this for summer in Newport or the Hamptons..says large but I would never call this large . I am a 12 and can't do it up..it measures 34 around the waist. maybe an 8/10...
