VINTAGE SILHOUETTE REVERSE PAINTING ON CONVEX GLASS OF ROMANTIC COUPLE

This is a spectacular find! It’s been in our family a very long time. You are looking at a reverse painting on glass convex of a romantic couple ~ A long forgotten piece of production. From a collector’s point of view, the size is the focal point. It’s rare to find this size. These were mostly produced in 4x5 or 8x10. This one is the only one I’ve ever seen in person this size! It’s still beautiful- the wear on the top of the frame is a mystery. It even has the original hanger. Impossible to shoot without photo glare…Enlarge photos for better views. ca1940’s
