VINTAGE SCHOOL/HAND BELL WITH BLACK WOOD HANDLE

Vintage school/hand bell with a black wood handle. The metal parts of the bell are silver tone. The handle is black. The inside is brass and the outside is silver. 6"H. 2 1/2" diameter of bell. There is one area where the silver has rubbed off a little near the bottom of the bell. See pictures. Otherwise, in very good preowned condition. I am decluttering my late Grandmother's collection
