It’s really polyester with a touch of spandex! But it feels like satin or silk, and looks expensive! This belong to my mother, she took the tag out, but not worn that often. It’s dressy and very comfortable Measurements shoulder to shoulder is 18 in. The length from the shoulder is 25 in and the sleeve, with the cuff rolled back is 22 1/2 in It’s in excellent condition and great for saving if you need a special occasion blouse .💕 it’s bronze gold, not gaudy
