Can’t find any pair like it! Vintage Chinese Laundry platform Slide-ons. Corduroy with bronze buckles and studs. Wooden platform/ heel. Good vintage condition. There is some peeling on the inside and the strap on the buckle. Surprising comfortable. Pair with bell bottoms and a worn band tee, a fat belt buckle and a floppy hat and you’ll have a killer look! mondegreen8789 Hello. Love these (BTW, excellent apt creative description!) 4 Q's pls: 1) Height of heel & platform itself? 2) Is strap on upper region of shoe faux or genuine leather? Can you pls SUBJECTIVELY describe its hue to the best of your ability? 3) Does the toe box region have something of a SCULPTURED SQUARE look to it? 4) Would you describe the Coral/Pumpkin color as particularly bright or rather more earthy/toned down in appearance? mondegreen8789 Hello once more & apologies for this additional query (didn't occur to me earlier) 1)Can you determine if the "leather" decorative straps are glued down? Asking b/c I'm thinking of cutting off or having shoemaker do so if not glued down (I've often "modified" shoes in this fsshion: usually w/ excellent results). 2)If not glued down, would you be so kind as to pls gently lift the straps on BOTH clogs to see if there's any discoloration/fading beneath to the corduroy? THX AGAIN FOR ALL/ BEST!

almoore2 @mondegreen8789 hey there! 1. The heel is 5’. The platform is 2’ 2. The strap is faux leather and peeling. These shoes were vintage so peeling of faux leather is typical. 3. The hue is burnt orange 4.it has a square toe that is softly circled 5.the color has turned more earthy over time 6. The strap is not glued down. See photo

mondegreen8789 Post Scipt: Adore the combo of earthy rustic w/ the conspicuously retro feel of this style, particularly the corduroy - its versatile pumpkin-rust hue as well as the very unique toe box, a cross between the currently very common hard squared toe box (on which I think I've uttely over indulged in these last 3 yrs)& a somewhat softer more rounded less "clunky" sculptural feel
